MKPAT ENIN @35 A SHOW OF COLOURS AND HERITAGE

Recently, the good people of Mkpat Enin LGA led by her council's transition committee Chairman, Hon. Mercy Bassey, celebrate her 35th year anniversary. The event was well planned in terms of publicity in the sense that one of the sons of the soil known as ConsulTee, led a Whatsapp group with the name 'Mkpat Enin @35 Hub' and was able to bring together over 600 indigenes of Mkpat Enin from different locations, within and outside AkwaIbom State. There were lots of joy on the part of the people especially those who are not in thr village seeing that it was the first time Mkpat Enin's anniversary would be celebdated in that magnitude. Everyone ralied round in one way or the other to make the event colourful. At the show, there were lots of displays ranging from the beauty of a customizrd attire to cultural displays as well as the showcasing of our economic contents. Each clan raised their banner to showcase what they've got and there was lots of joy in the air. Subsequently, Bobby Friga presented at the venue a song he made for Mkpat Enin's anniversary celebration.

WHY SHOULD EKANEM BROWN BE VOTED FOR

WHY SHOULD EKANEM BROWN BE VOTED FOR?

If I may be reading the minds of the few Mkpat Eninians who aren't supporting his candidacy, here are some issues they may be having against the former Council Chairman of Mkpat Enin who is now contesting to become a member of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly:

1. He is not in the ruling party.
2. The ruling party has a candidate who is also campaigning and that's not Ekanem Brown.
3. When he was Local Government Chairman, he didn't meet ALL of the people's demands.

But then, here are facts that responds to the above issues and place this 'go getter' above any obstacle that there may be:

1. Hon. Ekanem Brown's candidacy has never been party bound but people based. To him, parties are platforms that are subject to change based on their structure and for any party to be worth his participation, it must not only be able to accommodate him, it must have enough room for the people he wants to lead.

How then does he rate the people?

To Ekanem Brown, the people are his people, his people are his mandate, his people are his powers, his people are his office, his people are his wealth, his people are his dreams, his people are his reasons for aspirations, his people are his inspirations, his people are his struggle, his people are his future, his people are his struggle, his people are first the Mkpat Enin people. He is in this first and always for the sake of the people.

2. Ekanem Brown is a magical masterpiece, he does his things in unique ways, he has never been in competition with anyone, he loves to ride along with anyone who cares to join the race, all he believes in is the process, the mechanism and his purpose of riding which is always vision-filled and that is what the wise people always consider first.

Ekanem Brown is more than an individual, he is a discipline, a philosophy and an academy of abundant innovations worth enrolling into if one must be taken in for who he is, polished up to the right standard and graduate as who he dreams of becoming. Brown is a business that is sure to deliver beautiful dividends to all her investors and value for all her customers as well as social amenities for host communities where such business exists, excluding no one from benefiting, irrespective of differences.

3. About meeting ALL of the people's demands, there are things we all need to know which forms the basis of Ekanem Brown's leadership style.

Having confirmed that human wants are insatiable, Brown always go into business of meeting needs; he demonstrated that while he served as Chairman which has not been so done by other leaders of the Council and if you are not biased, irrespective of your party or choice of candidate, you will agree with me that Ekanem Brown performed above average, before, during and after his term in office as Mkpat Enin Council Chairman.

WHY ELSE SHOULD WE VOTE HIM AS A MEMBER OF THE AKWA-IBOM STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY?

The reason is for the good of the people of our land, our state and beyond.

When Hon. Brown won the Council election, I sent him a Facebook message and mentioned strategically in that message that I know his nature of person (because I have worked with him and have mastered his personality). He wins always and naturally looks forward to winning forward.

If Mkpat Enin has ever dreamt to be known, developed, transformed and placed as a leading Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and on the World Map. Ekanem Brown is the major key to bringing such dream to reality.

By now and based on sampling by this same gentle man when he was council Chairman, we should have began to dream of becoming a city that will attract global attention, investment and in return liberate our people but if no one has such dream yet, I urge everyone to become a Joseph now that we have Ekanem Brown as a figure in the political arena because, in few words I can confidently tell you that he is the Elon Musk of Mkpat Enin Local Government Area and beyond.

IN CONCLUSION
Your vote for Ekanem Brown can never be a waste. A single vote for him goes beyond benefits for you alone, it goes as far as paving ways for the liberation of Africa's children yet unborn. It goes as far as making us become proud of our land and ourselves. It goes as far as making us become more productive as individuals. It goes as far as making our youths become achievers and givers. It goes as far as placing Mkpat Enin in the front view of most outstanding local government areas in Nigeria. It goes as far as making sure that you and I also have the space to shine forth irrespective of our backgrounds.

As you close the reading and swing into action, I hope you are not knowing for the first time that Hon. Ekanem Brown has the best support in a wife than any other candidate? His wife is and has all that a people can ever ask for as partner for any leader who must be up and doing and achieve positive results steadily for the good of her masses.

I will now leave you with one of the Honourable's quotes

"forward and upward".

I hope that speaks volume.

My name is Akaninyene, I work for the wellbeing of Mkpat Enin and not for any party or candidate.
